INITIAL CONSULTATION + Massage - $110

When you come for a massage with me, the first step is an initial consultation that lasts for 15 minutes. During this time, I'll talk to you about your health history, your specific needs and concerns, and perform some tests to assess your range of motion. This helps me identify any areas of your body that need more attention during the massage.

After the consultation, we'll move on to the 60-minute remedial massage. I'll customize it to your individual needs, using the information gathered during the consultation to make sure you get the most out of your massage. My goal is to help you feel better than you did when you arrived.

30 Minute Session - $65

A 30-minute remedial massage is a shorter version of a traditional remedial massage. It is a good option for clients who are new to massage or who have specific areas of concern that they want to focus on.

During a 30-minute remedial massage, your therapist will focus on the areas of your body that need the most attention. This may include your neck, shoulders, back, or legs.

60 Minute Session - $95

A 60-minute remedial massage is a therapeutic massage that focuses on treating specific muscle pain and dysfunction. It is a good option for people who are struggling with chronic pain, injuries, or other musculoskeletal conditions.

During a 60-minute remedial massage, your therapist will use a variety of deep tissue massage techniques, such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and stretching, to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and increase range of motion.
